Question: How can I check my order status?

Answer: You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on 'my order status & history' or by calling 64792598. You may also e-mail us at service@bunalun.com

Question: How do I place an order on your website?

Answer: When you see an item you like, click on "add to bag" and continue shopping until you're ready to make your purchase. We'll tell you what item(s) you've added.

At anytime, click on "my shopping bag" to confirm your choice. If you make any changes, click update/remove to save your changes. Then click on "checkout" to finish your order or "continue shopping" to browse through more items.

Question: How will I know that my order was accepted?

Answer: You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order, including order number and and the total amount to be charged.

Question: What methods of payment do you accept?

Answer: We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, when you order online, over the phone, by fax or by catalogue.

Question: When will my credit card be charged?

Answer: Items are charged to you when they ship. If an item is on back order, you will not be charged until it ships. Your freight charge will be pro-rated on the value of the shipment.

Question: Is my credit card information secure?

Answer: Bunalun makes every effort to protect your online order by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology. For more information see our Security Policy .

Question: Does Bunalun offer any discounts?

Answer: Yes.
If you purchase $500 - $750 in any one single transaction you will be eligible for a 5% corporate discount.
If you purchase $750 - $1,000 in any one single transaction you will be eligible for a 7.5% corporate discount
If you purchase $1,000 or above in any one single transaction you will be eligible for a 10% corporate discount

Question: How do I contact Customer Service?

Answer: If you have a question that we did not address, email us at service@bunalun.com and we will respond to you personally. You can also call us at 64792598 Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to speak with someone in our Customer Service Department.

Question: Do you ship outside Singapore?

Answer: We do not ship outside Singapore from www.bunalun.com.sg or www.bunalun.sg but if you visit www.bunalun.com you can purchase directly from other Bunalun international web stores.

Question: How long before my order arrives?

Answer: Orders received before 12:00 noon will be delivered the next day between 9:30 am and 1:00 pm

Orders received between 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm will be delivered the next day between 2:00 pm and 5:30 pm or 6:30 pm and 9:30 pm

Orders received after 5:00 pm will be deliver the second working day between 9:30 am and 1:00 pm

There is no delivery on Sundays or Public Holidays

Question: What are your delivery charges?

Answer: A nominal charge of S$5.00 will be added to your total purchase regardless of where the delivery is to be made in mainland Singapore

Question: How do you guarantee freshness for chilled deliveries?

Answer: We pack any chilled items close to your delivery schedule. Chilled and frozen items are placed in cooler boxes from the store to delivery to your door.

Question: If I order by telephone, can I pick up my order at one of the retail stores?

Answer: Yes. You can call 64792598 and our customer service will take your order and ensure the store of your choice holds it for your collection.

Question: Do you offer gift cards?

Answer: Yes, Bunalun gift cards are available in increments of $25.00. To order a gift card, select the gift card tab on the product menu or call 64792598.
Gift cards are mailed to the recipient with a copy of our most recent catalogue

Question: Do you offer gift wrap?

Answer: Yes. Tell us which items you'd like gift wrapped and we'll do the work for you. Simply select the 'add a gift wrap' option. Your order will be gift boxed with the wrapping of your choice for an additional S$ 8.00 per gift wrap. We're also happy to include a gift message with any order at no charge. Even if you don't order a gift wrap your message will be printed on a slip enclosed with the order.

Question: What is your gift reminder service ?

Answer: This personal gift reminder service is designed to let us remember events for you. Never forget a birthday or other important date again. Just sign into 'my account', click on 'my gift reminders' to add or update contact names and and dates. Bunalun will send you an e-mail reminder 5 days in advance with a list of great gift ideas. Gifts need never be late again.

Question: Can I order a custom gift box ?

Answer: Please call our customer service at 64792598 and ask for assistance with a gift box

Question: Can I order online using catalogue numbers?

Answer: Product numbers in our catalog and on our web site are the same. You may enter the item number of your catalogue selection into the search box on our web site to locate any product. Then, order the product with a click of the order button that appears on every product page. You may also use our QUICK SHOP tab which allows for ordering directly from item numbers wiothout the need to visit product pages

Question: Does Bunalun have a gift registry?

Answer: To coincide with the 1 October, 2006 launch of our new Pure in Giving loft space at Chip Gardens we will be launching a fully personalized gift registry service. Registered Bunalun customers will be able to create registries for birthdays, housewarmings, anniversaries, celebrations... any occasion you wish.

Question: Does Bunalun offer discounts on large purchases ?

Answer: Yes.
If you purchase $500 - $750 in any one single transaction you will be eligible for a 5% corporate discount.

Question: What if you don't have everything on my order?

Answer: Although we are usually able to ship your order on the same day, occasionally, tremendous demand will deplete our stock of a particular product. If this is the case, the item will be placed on backorder and we will notify you via e-mail or telephone. If you would like to receive the item when it becomes available, your credit card will be charged for the item only when it is shipped, and you will not incur additional delivery charges.

Question: Can I send a gift order direct to the recipient?

Answer: Yes. You will be asked for a shipping address when you enter your order. Please enter the gift recipient's information as requested. Please don't forget a phone number, in case our drivers needs to seek direction !

Question: What is your returns policy ?

Answer: All non-perishable products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Any non-perishable product may be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as it is in its original packaging and unused with the seals intact, simply enclose a note with it to let us know how you'd like your credit to be issued (immediately to your charge card, store credit, or exchange) along with your original proof of purchase and send by registered mail or in-person to one of our retail stores.
